This year, we’re turning the Fest on it’s head!  Join us for a vigorous morning session with Todd Norian, founder of Ashaya Yoga®, and Hala Khouri, co-founder of Off the Mat, Into the World.

Todd Norian, E-RYT 500, teaches yoga with the heartfelt intention to awaken others to their inherent potential for unlimited joy, vitality and fulfillment. Founder of Ashaya Yoga®, Todd’s style is one of precise therapeutic alignment infused with his passion for the esoteric teachings of Tantra yoga. He excels at making deep philosophical teachings accessible and relatable.   Hala Khouri
Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT, has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She is trained in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based psychotherapy that addresses trauma and its symptoms. Learn More

Lunch, Music & Shopping

Bring a picnic lunch or enjoy a bite to eat from one of our food vendors while listening to live music.  Stroll around and visit our vendor village and get a sneak a peak at the Silent Auction items.  Here’s a list of our supporters.

We’ll also have some opportunities for you to cool down with Tai-Chi, Qi Gong, and some gentle adjustments in the courtyard.

Afternoon Community Class:
Kathryn Templeton and Tao Porchon Lynch

Our second community class of the day features Katherine Templeton, who brings her vision of ayurvedic yoga, and Tao Porchon Lynch, who at a stunning 98 years of age, was recently dubbed by the Guinness Book of World Records as America’s Oldest Yoga Teacher!

Kathryn Templeton
Katherine has devoted her life to the health of others. A psychotherapist for more than 30 years, Kathryn is a Master Teacher in the field of Drama Therapy and continues to work both clinically and as an educator specializing in the treatment of individuals with anxiety, depression and complex trauma. As an E-500 RYT, NAMA-registered Ayurvedic practitioner and Senior Para Yoga teacher, Kathryn has worked to develop specialized treatments integrating the principles of yoga, ayurveda and clinical psychology. Tao Porchon Lynch
Tao Porchon-Lynch shows us what is possible and stirs all of us to reach our highest potential regardless of age.. In 2012, she was named “Oldest Yoga Teacher” by Guinness World Records. The twinkle in her eyes and the brightness of her spirit capture you. Her YouTube videos have garnered over two million views. In June 2015, she wowed judges on America’s Got Talent dancing with her 26-year-old partner to Pitbull’s “Fireball.” More about Tao


Relax with a Sacred Sound Bath – Tibetan Singing Bowls, Didgeridoo & Closing Mantra

Harness the power of vibrational healing.  Join us on this sonic journey for a truly expansive and harmonious experience.  New Age recording Artist Jennifer Zulli (Tibetan Singing Bowls) will be joined by Intuitive Sound Healer Casey Dixon (Didgeridoo and Gong) to close out the day with more live music and a closing mantra.
