Morning Community Class

10:00AM On the Turf Field

Ray Crist & Kathryn Templeton

Back by Popular Demand!  Join us for a vigorous morning session with Ray Crist (10am) and Kathryn Templeton (11am).

Ray Crist
Ray traveled to Peru hoping to meet shamans to assist his healing process and to learn from them. In his travels he discovered their culture, mythology, and shamanic ceremonies. He found a world of healing beyond his highest expectations and was given tools to work with, as well as the gift of experiencing a healed state of being.
In this workshop, he will explore a flowing Vinyasa yoga practice through the shamanic view of moving energy, and savasana as a bubbling well of healing energy.  Using shamanic techniques for freeing energy, we will see how yoga practice assists the somatic release of stagnated energies (Samaskaras).  Learn More
Kathryn Templeton
Katherine has devoted her life to the health of others. A psychotherapist for more than 30 years, Kathryn is a Master Teacher in the field of Drama Therapy and continues to work both clinically and as an educator specializing in the treatment of individuals with anxiety, depression and complex trauma.
